MY CASE STUDY

 

 

All of this research had me thinking: why don't I just test this for myself? After all, you can only learn so much from reading scholarly research about happiness. Everyone is different and unique, and I wanted to learn more about what positive life changes would work for me, and in what ways. I also wanted to know what things in my daily life truly made me happy. None of these things are something you can learn from a simple internet search, so I decided to embark on a month long happiness challenge. Taking ideas from scholarly research, popular media, as well as my own ideas, I created a plan that would challenge myself in more way than one. My project included daily changes in my life that hopefully would help make me a better, happier person along the way. With multiple ways of logging my progress, I knew that something HAD to come of this, I would make sure of it.
