People are always looking for ways to improve themselves. So it’s natural that psychologists aren’t the only ones out there trying to figure out how to become happier, IF we even can. In a response to the numerous studies that have suggested that happiness can be increased by positive actions, various websites, apps, and groups have dedicated themselves to helping people improve their happiness. These can take various forms, but the three that we will focus on today include the “100 Happy Days” Project, the trackyourhappiness.org site, as well as Buzzfeed articles that can be found all over the internet and social media sites. Let’s start with a project that has gotten immensely popular in the last several months.
